Ingredients:

• 20 grams of Canada Ginseng Roots
• 40 grams of Dried Conch
• 500 grams of Chicken Drumsticks
• 10 grams of goji berries
• 600 grams of water

Instructions:

1. Soak dried conch in water in the fridge overnight until softened.
